Compared to the previous version, GMI laser III GT 600x600, this new laser machine offers two important innovations: two times higher cutting speed, head with spinning movement that allow one system to serve two facing shuttle machines, even working on different embroideries.

As experienced in multihead embroidery machines, the new GMI laser III GT Double Side permits to cut on an embroidery machine while the other one is working. In any case, this machine is always faster than two single GMI laser III GT 600x600 each of them installed on a shuttle machine since, thanks to its 600x1200 field, displacements are halved and, thanks to the double cutting speed, working time is decresed by 50%.

The structure has been designed to reduce its volume to the minimum: it occupies only one side of one embroidery machine, like the previous single model.

Its software allows to optimize cuts and, through the interpolated correction system, to keep the best precision degree in the entire embroidery machine field.

This system is so powerful and fast that it can serve even four embroidery machines, provided that they are distributed in two lines and in mirror-like position.
